Real job written up start to finish — what the customer called about, what the tear-out actually revealed once the wall or the floor was open, and how long the crew was on site.
Most flooring and remodeling companies show you a photograph of a finished room. A photograph is the least informative part of the job. It cannot tell you what was under the old floor, whether the slab was flat, what the tear-out turned up, or why the quote moved once the wall was open.
So these write-ups cover the parts that photographs leave out: what the customer originally called about, what we found once demolition started, the order the work was done in, the materials that went back, and how long the crew was actually on site. Nothing here is a composite or a stock example — every one is a real job with our own photographs of it.
