Hardwood Flooring
Solid and engineered hardwood installation, refinishing, and repair for lasting beauty and value.
Learn MoreAubrey's new communities along the US-380 corridor are filling in fast — and we help their homeowners trade builder-grade carpet for floors that last. Free in-home estimates.
Aubrey has grown from a small horse-country town into one of northern Denton County's busiest new-construction markets, with master-planned communities like Sandbrock Ranch, Silverado, Winn Ridge, and The Landing at Providence adding new homes along the US-380 corridor. Almost everything here is new, which means the flooring work we do in Aubrey is upgrade work — taking a brand-new builder home and making it genuinely yours.
The highest-impact upgrade in a new Aubrey home is replacing the builder carpet across the main living areas with waterproof luxury vinyl plank. It looks far better than standard-issue carpet, stands up to kids and pets, and sets your home apart in a subdivision of similar floor plans. Add tile in the entry and baths, or engineered hardwood in the formal rooms, and the whole first floor feels finished.
Aubrey sits at the western edge of our service area, out past Prosper and Celina along US-380 and US-377 — communities we already work in — so we're glad to make the drive for whole-room and whole-home projects. We include free old-carpet removal, free furniture moving, and 12-month interest-free financing on qualifying projects, and the in-home estimate is always free.

Yes. Aubrey is at the western edge of our service area, out along the US-380/US-377 corridor past Prosper and Celina — communities we already work in — so we're comfortable making the drive for whole-room and whole-home projects. The in-home estimate is always free, and we'll be upfront about scheduling; for a single small repair that far out we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
Aubrey is almost all new construction, so most projects are upgrades from builder-grade materials. Expect roughly $2.50–$10 per square foot installed for waterproof LVP, $7–$15 for hardwood, $10–$20+ for tile, and $3–$7 for carpet. We bring full-size samples to your home so you can see them under your own lighting, and every quote is written and itemized.
In these newer Aubrey and Denton ISD communities, the standard move is replacing the builder carpet across the main living areas with waterproof luxury vinyl plank, then keeping soft carpet in the bedrooms. It's the single change that makes a new build feel custom instead of standard-issue. We include free carpet removal and haul-away and free furniture moving on every job.
If you can, yes. The cleanest, fastest, and usually least expensive time to redo floors is before you move in — the house is empty, there's no furniture to work around, and we can run continuous flooring through the whole main level in one pass. If you're already settled in, that's fine too; we move furniture for free and phase the work room by room.
It's worth checking. North Denton County new construction sits on slab foundations that can move slightly as the soil expands and contracts, so we verify the slab is flat and dry before installing and float any low spots. Waterproof LVP is the most forgiving choice over a slab that may shift a little — it floats over minor movement and shrugs off moisture.
